Bylo jednou na krásném místě v Krkonoších malé údolí, které se jmenovalo Dolní Dvůr. V tomto údolí žily různé zvířátka, která byla velmi spokojená. Měla tam své domečky a odpočívala ve stínu stromů. Jednoho dne se do Dolního Dvora přistěhoval tetřívek jménem Tomáš. Byl to statečný pták s nádherným peřím, který přijel hledat klid a pohodu. Když si prohlédl okolí, upoutal ho jeden domek, který vypadl přímo jako z pohádky. Tetřívek se rozhodl, že si tenhle domeček pronajme a nazve ho Tetřeví Boudou. Tomáš se usadil a začal objevovat krásy Dolního Dvora. Brzy se seznámil se zvířátky, která tam žila. Byla velmi vděčná Tomášovi a ostatním zvířátkům za pomoc. Tetřívek byl velmi šťastný, že se podařilo spojit zvířátka Dolního Dvora a společně pomoci Verunce. A tak zůstala Tetřeví Bouda stát jako symbol přátelství a pomoci. Každý, kdo se tam podíval, cítil teplo a lásku, kterou zvířátka v Dolním Dvoře sdíleli.
