Restaurace Modrá hvězda byla nevšedním místem. Její majitelka, paní Naděžda, byla zároveň i báječnou kuchařkou. Vařila jídla, která nikde jinde neochutnáte. Její speciality byly tak chutné, že kdo je jednou ochutnal, do této restaurace se rád vracel. Jednou přišel do Modré hvězdy malý chlapec jménem Ondřík. Byl velmi vyhlášeným milovníkem dobrého jídla. Ondřík měl velmi jemný čich a dokázal ochutnat každý ingredienci v jídle. Když vešel do Restaurace Modrá hvězda, ucítil nádhernou vůni. Rozhodl se, že se sem vrátí a ochutná jídlo majitelky Naděždy. Dny plynuly a Ondřík se vracel do Modré hvězdy stále častěji. Paní Naděžda si ho oblíbila a věnovala mu tolik pozornosti, že se stali přáteli.
