V jedné malé vesničce, nedaleko lesa, stál útulný penzion, který se jmenoval Pension U Lukáčů. Patřil rodině Lukáčů, kteří se o něj pečlivě starali a vždy se snažili, aby se zde hosté cítili jako doma. Jednoho dne se do pensionu přistěhovala rodina medvědů. Otec medvěd byl velký a silný, matka medvědka byla velmi starostlivá a malá medvídka byla roztomilá a hravá.
