Bylo nebylo, za sedmero horami a sedmero řekami, stával malý kouzelný městeček jménem Čekyně. V Čekyni žilo mnoho pohodových lidí, kteří se rádi scházeli a trávili spolu čas. Největším lákadlem pro všechny byl Hostinec pod lípami, který se nacházel na okraji města. Hostinec byl starý, útulný a měl vzduch plný přátelského pocitu.
