Před dávnými časy, kdy měly vesnice ještě své původní tvary a život byl plný pohody a klidu, stával v malebném městečku Bořetice překrásný penzion. Jeho jméno znělo Penzion Mlýn a byl to útulný domeček, který představoval oázu pohody a odpočinku pro všechny, kteří do Bořetic zavítali. Do Penzionu Mlýn přišla jednoho slunečného dne trojice zvířátek. Byl to Míša - malý medvídek, Štěrbinka - hbitá lasička a Vítek - moudrý jezevčík. Rozhodli se vydat na dobrodružství a na své cestě objevit nová místa. Když dorazili do Bořetic, zastavili se před penzionem a rozhodli se, že si tu budou na chvíli odpočinout.
